It was a hard decision, but at the end I am going for it because its easy rememebered and it instantly makes clear what its about.

day 555. YES! 🛹🛹🛹After some days of rushed boards, I found the time and inspiration to create this. Now I forgot the D in mindset, but only noticed after they were done. 😂😂 Nothing is perfect and I just went with it. 😎

I made a "Mindset is everything" font from scratch ✍️and paid attention to make it look good, but keep it readable. I used one of my morphs to make a little "small planet jungle I dont even know what it is" themed scene. I tried to improve my lighting and cloud-creating skills. 

I love how they turned out and I can't wait to do more stuff with these. 😁

 day 554. People before profit. Thats the Rhinosaur mindset. 💪 

I  made 2 new designs. And some phone mockups with them for fun. 

And yeah I think I start naming my designs now. 😅 My file management on my harddrive got out of control and I need to reset and improve it once again.

day 553. MOIN MOIN is hello in german. 😬

 day 552. Today art can just fuck off! 😅Super not inspired. So I just took my "found happiness" wallart design and made it a board. 

Trying to improve and optimise my listings on etsy before I do release alot of products. 

And I made this thumbnail for a digital download. So people can print the file themselves. So I had to make sure the thumbnail makes that clear. Then due to the dimensions I had left and right alot of space, so I moved it to the left to fit in a zoomed in part of the design... and yeah it kicks nuts!  I love it. Now that layout for all digital wall art just with different colours.

But now first I do the daily board. 

Echt kein bock digga. 

 day 551. Fastest boards ever. Todays goal was "as fast as possible". Think not even 5 minutes. 30 minutes with presenting and posting. Since I want to/have to  do other stuff So we have a clean, pink board. Noting special... but pink! 🙃

They would make great backgrounds to put peoples name on it with a nice handstyle. 

Made some new poster designs. 

day 550. Finished Bill's boards.🥳 I redid his A/N (adrenaline network) log and I completely redid it in my style. The boards from last week he had some last suggestions. Like the word "netword" needs to be on every board. And I comletely revamped the Middle concept (the board you see in big) The one from last week I didnt like at all. So I changed the layout and the blue tone slighty. I also added some of my strings and warped some "heartbeatlineswhenitbeepsyourefine" into the line. Love the outcome and I hope he will too.

And if you do more than it was asked for, you have this really nice feeling after finished work. 😬🙏

I got a free mockup template, but polished and refined it alot. For example I added like 7 different type of shadows and seperated the trucks from the board. Love the idea with the griptape. 

So yeah I just invested 4 hours to really get indepth with my skills and tried to do my best to make it look as real as possible. I think you guys can look forward to a better presentation comin for you. I mean let's say theres no doubt that this is a better presentation than before.

day 549. Today is a good day. I really like todays boards.

I want to test out foldable flyers as wallart hybrids.  I thought some of you might enjoy them. It shows boards of mine abd the flyer when folded will have 8 individual pages. So I designed it so theres one board on each page. Let's hope they turn out as I planned. 🙄 I messed up before. 😅  I ordered them already and exited to hold them in hands soon!😁

 I finished my "style practice 8" alphabet. It's ready to be digitalized now. 😬

Testing more card prototypes 🤩😁 This time around I choose a cellophane coat with something called "soft touch" and I think that's it!

It feels incredible when holding. 🤯 Almost like wax, but not really its softer. It just has a really nice touch. And I picked 400g/m2 so it's really thick and heavy. 😮

The next days I get also 4 variations of a UV coat and then we see wich ones I keep. These here are about 5 times more expensive than uncoated oned, but worth it if you ask me.

day 548. Smile in orange. 😬

day 547. My favourite green black combo. I used the alphabet from a few days ago, since I wanted to go for something bold and legible today. You can also see how I do my highlights and shadows and give the letters more depth. You see its really only a few clicks, nothing special, but so effective!

day 546. YES! Surprisingly finished this comission today. 🙃It was a logo redo along side 3 board designs. It's  A/N for "adrenaline". 

I even did a handstyle and a morph from the finished piece and included it into the background.  

Now it took around 5 hours today and I am super exhausted now, but The boards the next days will be insane, because this morph turned out to be phenaonomeaonel. 😋

day 545. Today I wasted my whole evening by falling asleep for 5 hours. 🙄Appearently I really needed that.😅 So I was a bit in a rush. I was angry and frustrated for a short amount of time, but instead of wasting more I made the best  out of the time I still had. 

So I picked "dont rush it" to remind me that the here and now is important. Because rushing means stress, means you are only working for the goal and dont have a good time. That is never worth it. And stress shortens life, sooo... "DON'T RUSH IT" 😁 And we wouldve never gotten these boards if things were going as planned, since I wanted to work on comissions today, so at the end its ok.😬 

So I created this "Don't rush it" font fairly quick and did a white and a black one. And on the third one Adlus is back and pays a visit and the paintroll alphabet I did yesterday :)

The white one doesnt work aswell but I dont know why. 🤔

I made some new banners for boards, shirts and hoodies. Really liking the layout this time.

day 544. It happened again... 😅 I wanted to do a 10 minute board  and then got carried away and 2 hours later I got these.  You can see how I get more inspired from board to board.

 Who needs sleep anyways. I made this digital alphabet handstyle I once did available on etsy. For people to make greeting cards or shirts with it. I can be used for a new years eve invitation card or for a custom screensaver.

Super sure how to price it but Ijust did 3,91€ what do you think?
Since its only for private use, I shouldnt be too high.

day 543. GRAFF & BOARDS. Not entirey happy with the colours. I feel like they are somehow a bit dark and not really bright or popping. 🤔 The grey one is better. 😬👍

I managed to catch the last beams of sunlight and work abit on my new alphabet. ☀️😎✍️I erased everything and went over it a third time. You can see here what letters I am already quite happy with. 

Did this banner concept for my facebook group. took around 30 min and I will probably refine it. But I like the clarity of the message and overall I am afraid of overdoing it. So lets leave it. :)

I have my day off today, I wanted to play some games after getting up. I decided I will open and load up my current comission, so I can work on it later. I agreed to do just one line before I started the game. Because even one line is more than I wouldve done if I would jump directly on the game. And it's an easy acchieved goal. 

Well turns out that I had my most creative session in months and the changes I made to the letters really upped the quality of the piece. Its more balanced now by changing the R. The E's proportions are more optimized and the G is just perfect now in my eyes! 

I am so glad I went over it a third time, even tho I couldve finished the project already and get my cash.

"Passion fuels the thrive for perfection" I guess. 😁 So only do what you love and your time is well spent and you are more efficient. Also giving things time and dont rush is sometimes a good idea. :)

But I think it's layout is really done now. I am excited for the fill in!

day 542. This has to be one of my favourite colour combinations and overall these boards are in my top ten of alltime favourites. Funny because they were done very quick. And its really only the morph, then a tag in the background and some dots. Thats really it. Ok the morph itself and the graffiti its made of was a ton of work, but thats ages ago so it doesnt count anymore.  😅

 day 541. WOOW look at this amazing photo from @brayden.law . He provided it on pexels and when saw it I knew I want to use his photo for todays boards. Today I wanted to just have a nice free stockphoto, with some of my lettering on it and when I saw that photo I knew I can't be a different one. 

Just finished some new designs for the cards. 😬🥳Let's see how the print turns out this time, I try some variations with UV-coating for better protection. 

And I am really liking the layout this time around. The boards are way bigger now, providing more details to see later on the actual card. 

A passion project comes to life and a dream comes true! 🤗💚

Day 540. I wanted to practice a glow effect today. I made three different colours. 

And for the orange one I digged out the pumpkin I once did. 😬

 day 539. Today I have a green "smile" board for you. And I addedsome yellow to the green, wich is always good. 😬

day 538. I made another photo design. This time with a nice ladybug. This is the 4th concept. The others I dont really fully find good enough to share.  First I thought why not, but I believe it would just water down the effect of just showing this one design. 🙃 

btw. are they a symbol for luck anywhere in the world or just in germany? I always wondered...🤗 

I just spent the last hours to redo all shirts and hoodies in the shop.

I have recently changed to the last shirt I tested. It is an absoloutely beautiful, high quality product.  And yeah the hoodies are still the same, I will wear thos probably for the rest of my life. So I had to replace the existing designs.

day 535. "paranormal kindness". 😁 I could not decide on what looks better. Dark white or coloured?

The little ghost turneed out to be quite cute. I like the facee expression. Tried several but sticked with the first one. 

I liked the daily lettering so much, that I turned it into shirts. Very simple, because the message speaks for itself. 😊 Also I have not made a shirt in a while and I just really wanted to. 😅

day 533. "Brush it off, it could be wörs" 😬👍

day 532. Made huge progress on my "CHEESEBURGER" comission today. 🥳

 Its very rare that EVERY letter exceeds my expectaions. I am very thankful that I got that inspired 🙏😅 Even the H I am super happy with. Normally thats the most difficult letter for me and the the 3 e's where a nightmare to sync. but it worked out better than I hoped. 😬

 Its not done yet, since its more sketchy than polished. but I finished the basic letter structure today and then I made some quick outlines and highlights, dropshadow and castshadow, so I could make some boards from it. . 

Then I set the scene on the board. added some dibbity dabbity. 

And jeffrey got 3 free board designs on top. 🤗

day 531. Just let it bee. 

Today I tried something completely different. I made a quick readable handstyle and the bees stockphoto I got from pexels. 

day 530. I felt super uninspired today. 🙄 Therefor I am quite happy with the result. It was like the 5th thing I tried. 

Today I just wanted to watch movies, so it needed a lot of willpower to get up and get it done today. I made it and I am happy I did. 

day 529. I have been thinking about a proper skateboard brand name. Rhinosaur.boards always have been cool and all and I do want to keep the rhinosaurarts name, but always wanted to have a proper brand name, that reflects my mindset but also has a positive message and from now on my board brand is: 

couldBwörs. [could be worse]

Its the perfekt name!  Its a message that I fully stand behind. Since yeah being mad or frustrated is never a good thing to do. Better be thankful, because it could always be worse. 

Thankfulness pushes aside any negative emotions and it always reminds us to be grateful about the things we do have. 

And yeah the weird spelling I thought is an eyecatcher and people getting interested. Therefore I kept the letters (hopefully) readable. the "wörs" is how a german would spell the english word. What do you think of the weird spelling?

Super happy I did not just rush the name and waited for the idea. I knew it would come on its own if I am patient. 

I would be thankful about some feedback from professional graphic designers or marketers. What do you think?

Otherwise I hope everyone enjoys todays boards. Theyre simple, I used the background from 2 days ago , because I wanted to keep it simple to put the focus on the logo. 

Concepts for a filler cap for the car. It will be a sticker to put on the cap. 

"timeless 911" is reqested. The one below says "backside91" but it already has effects on it. So the timeless could be spread out like that aswell. Let's see what he thinks but I think I like the top one the most with tacho that says no limit. :)

Since its almost pumpkin day, I remembered that I have made some halloween boards back for day 183.🙃 Also these spiderman boards (day 185) I did are still some of my favourites. I morphed my graffiti into the shape of spiderman. You can see it if you look closely. 😎

day 528. A simple "dedication" board. 🙃

day 527. Man I just wanted to do a 1o minute board today. 🙄 I got inspired and carried away and it turned out to be a dope compilation of some of the stuff I did recently. 😁

Here they are! Day 401-500. The challenge says 1 board per day, so I took my favourite one if I had multiple. It was actualy 301 boards. 🙃

day 526. Quick one, because I am super tired. 🙃

day 525. Today I took the smile sketch and applied some colour!. I tried out different concepts for practice and get a better feeling for colours.. Did not polish a whole lot nor does the design have the most effects, but I still like them.

day 524. New "SMILE" piece.😬 This one is more a proof to myself and a challenge that I can still do a piece in one session. Well it took two sessions, because I got carried away and had trouble on the E. The e alone took way longer than the other letters combined. I had  a couple good ones before, but I am glad I changed it over and over again until it was right. 

The last months I was reusing my existing pieces alot and focused more on doing stuff with what I had than creating new finished pieces. 

And since I have a comission that I am about to start, I wanted to do this smile sketch as a warmup. 

I used outlines, highlights and shadows, but no fill in. I left the sketchlines visible. 

The boards are nothing special. Basicalley just a drag and drop. And I love them. 😁

Overall I noticed that I do waste alot of time on things that dont matter at the end. But thats something I can work on.

day 523. Something quick today. My sp7 alphabet on a black board. 🙃

day 522. The daily boards I made from my new sketchblock design and the current alphabet that is still work in progress. The topic for today was "quick and easy so I can eat my pizza sooner" but I actually like the outcome alot. 😁 

Super excited about what I just did. 😁

I made a noteblock/sketchblock design. Since I always looking for products that have an actual use and are not just there for looks, I just ordered 50 of these. And since I did it traditionally and paid before production, I get them supercheap. 

I spent 2 hours on the design. Now in about 2 weeks I should have them. 🥳

And this is something really anyone can use and needs. 

I was worried that I put too much on it. I already removed some stuff, but is it still too much? 😅

Will probably be around 3€ for a 50 pages block. 😁

And 100% recycled paper! 

day 521. I started redoing the shop and going with a new colourscheme. I used the same red for todays boards. 

It's all about the minDset. 💪
