day 432. I went with white today and also a fill in concept for my Rhino project, that I never used at the end. And the dots are back!

 day 431. Nothing special today. I was missing inspiration, so I tried. But at least I got the daily practice. 

day 430. I got confused again, so I had to do another board to be back on track. So technically day 429 failed, because I was 3 hours overtime. But it was a mistake and not lazyness and I corrected my mistake right away. So I consider it as still done. So I did this board as fast as never before, and that also taught me something.

Also by messing up the challenge, it showed me again what type of person I am. I  have to be honest about it. I can't just pretend it didnt happen, even tho no one wouldve noticed. So making a mistake is not a big deal, if you do your best to correct it and try to avoid to repeat it. 

I am mentally exhausted now.

day 429. I started watching "stranger things" and finished the first season. So for today I felt inspired to do a "strange" board. 😅 I reimagined their logo with only doing the outlines of the font and I tried to make it slightly glowy. For the background I took my graffiti and morphed it in a "strange way". 

Ok now leave me alone, season 2 waits! 😁

day 428. Slightly late, but still in time. I was on a birthday party yesterday and I still feel wasted.  

On this board today I tried to pay attention to detail and tried to make the endresult as convincing as I could. 

and yeah these took as long as it takes to rewatch the green lantern movie. That movie is something else.  but I still enjoy it for what it is.

day 427. I will more often make use of particles now.🤔 Same with good lighting, they up the quality alot in my opinion. 😁

day 426. today I just wanted to record me doing the highlights. ✍well it got out of control again and I got overrun by the inspiration. 😅So I messed a bit with colours and fillins and what I ended up with is a pretty dope looking poster concept.. Then I recycled it for today boards, where I did just a normal version where I just slapped it on there. Then a morphed version and a cutout-effect version. Nothing super polished but I learned alot and only that matters.

And yeah since I recorded it, later you will get the timelapse, for everyone who is interested.

My idea of a custom nameposter. My newest alphabet, with your name on it and higlighted letters. 

Overall I do this only for you. 😅 So tell me what you would like on a custom nameposter? Most time so far I spent on the background so the rest is not fleshed out, but I wanted to ask for feedback and input before I go all in. 

This first test is with my name, but I will keep the people in mind that give me valuable feedback. 😉  Like getting one for free will hopefully be enough motivation. 😁

day 424. Quick and colourful. 😁💚✍

 day 423. Did I almost missed a day? I just got real confused. Instagram tells me this, my brain say "cant remember" so I better be sure and do 2 today. 😅 Anyways deadline is in 1,5 hours, so I am good. I dont have to start at day 1 again. 😁

So I wanted to practice this 3d shadow block efffect on my letters for a while, because thats really something I want to improve on. I did it better in the past, so thats why I am not quite happy with it. If you same some tipps for me on how to shade it more realistically it would be much appreciated. 

I will have a video of the full creation of that smaragd coloured rhino piece. I am not super happy with the letterstyle, but I wanted to do something with them, otherwise they just would collected dust on the harddrive.

day 422. Life is funny sometimes. Today it was the exact opposite of yesterday. I wanted to make some really really quick boards, but I got carried away. 😅 

Since I have finished my alphabet today, I had some real cool photos that would make a cool board already. I did two of that kind and then I got so inpired that I started to colour the letters, add some highlights and added some small effects to polish the experience. 

🤷‍♂️ what you gotta do. When inspiration calls you have to answer. 😅 Ok now icecream.

Theres only a dropshadow missing. It saves alot of struggles when later digitalizing it. So I decided to do it without this time.

Also some of the letters around the alphabet are pretty wonky. 😅

day 419. Free boards for the client from my recent comission. He wants to print a few. 

day 418. Quick one today. I planned a 10 minute board. 45 minutes later I am still here. I just keep getting lost in details no matter how hard I try. I added the teal tag and tried some light effects. ✍🧐

I extra made the alphabet kinda hard to identify, because that will activate your still tired brain. Its tougher because its just outlines and there is no fill in that would separate the letters. So there you have your first braintask for the day. 😅

day 417. Today I practiced the "Make it look like its on a wall"-effect.✍ I improved my skills and learned alot.😎 I think I have never done 5 boards in a day, but I was just so inspired, that after the third board I went wild with some graffiti and for the fifth one I picked my batman symbol I morphed from my graffiti. All you see is made by me even the photo of the wall everything is placed on.

day 416. Today I combined the comission I am working on right now, with the outlines of my newest alphabet and really tried to use as saturated colours as I could without physically harming you, the viewer. 😅 I like the outcome and the dots have made an appearance again. 

Also the client will get these designs for free on top, so double triple win for all. 😁

I always wanted to collect my art in a binder like yugioh cards. 😁 A long time awaited passion project becomes reality. Now I just have to create a game around them. I already have some good ideas.

Now I am curious what you think.

day 415. While I was at it I made some free screensavers for everyone who likes.  For today I made these boards from a leggings-design concept I made yesterday. "Passion fuels perfection". Even tho perfection is unreachable, your best will do it too.

 its just theoutlines so far and nothing else. So no highlights or shadows. The sketch itself isnt even fully done, but I learned over the last 6 abc's, that having a clean version with just the outlines will make some things alot easier later on. 

Also I could avoid some mistakes I made the last times and I prepared the piece better, so more pixels for example or sizing up the original photo and then make the outlines. Don't make the outlines and thensize them up...

 New design Ideas I concepted this night alongside some other projects. the first one is "passion fuels everything" and this a design for leggings and yoga pants. and the other is a fullart hoodie concept with a rhino graffiti and some PHAT gradient. 😁 Now I am super tired and go to bed 

It's a showcase of the different layers my digital graffiti usually consists of. It's quite an old design that shows me and my art in an earlier stage.  It still has a lot of charme. 

Brilliant print quality, Lightweight, strong and sturdy for a very good price. Definetely my favourite go to wallart material. 

day 414. I discovered, that a dotted newspaper texture is really adding to the overall quality of the boards. Before my gimp crashed on a different project earlier I was playing around with coloured dots on a bright background. They were barely visible, but they gave the picture a very unique appearence. 

The alphabet is my style practice with some effects I made a while ago. I am not sure if I ever showed you all the  colours I did. But yeah Its just the outlines from a mobile phone photo and some highlights, shadows and dropshadow. You can see it upclose very good. 

 Tomorrow I have a big load of stuff to show to you. I just received 3 new forex foam print wallmounts and also The first definitve version of my collecting cards has arrived aswell, so tomorrow in sunlight I want to make some good photos.

day 413. I played with some colours again and practiced compositing. I tried some new Ideas, but also tried to improve on the things I usually do. The first two are definetely better than the other. So I still wanted to include them.

day 412. I did this new tag yesterday, that I am super happy with. It might not be the best looking handstyle ever, but it's purpose is to be stylish but readable at the same time. And that turned out amazing. So I made some quick boards for today.

day 409. Today I did this handstyle alphabet from scratch and finally after a while I also sketched a little bit. These characters are not from this world, they are "out of my mind" 😅 

overall it took around 2,5 hours

It's funny that at first I did the complex design and after that I went back and also made a more simplified version. Now I don't know wich one I like more. 

Or I just dont want to admit that the simple one is better, because I already spent enough time one the coloured one. 😅

Also the simple designs that are just black, will fit to almost any colour, Where the green one I find only really fits to the white shirt 

day 407. I tried a quick fill in for my L practice and also did some letter practice. I like how the handstyle turned out. I redid it like 3 times.

day 406. Super uninspired today. So I did some letterpractice.

day 405. The city is your canvas. paint it with wheels! 🛹As usual I couldnt decide wich colour I like the best.😅 Also do you see a difference in the coloursplashes on the blue compared to the others? I used a shadow on the white layer above, so it gives it more depth. Thats a pretty good looking and easy technique that I have to expand up on in the future. ✍🧐

 day 403. Digged out my old Rhino piece.🙂 This one and an old Dino graff I did in a different style than usual. More with 3d shaped letters and with no outlines.🤔 I really like that style and I have learned a lot since then. Still I am too scared to start, because the fear of failing before every new piece is omnipresent anyways. And yeah have you noticed how one board just doesnt fit to the other two at all?😂 I still liked that muddy green so much I had to keep it. And the white tag on that one is the one I used 2 years ago. 

day 402. The colour correction tool in gimp is a science for itself. 😵‍💫 I slowly get the hang of it. 😅The possibilities are huge but you easily overtune it. So its really a mater of experimenting and seing what works and what not. So I took my morph from yesterday and tried some more bold colours. ✍🛹

 YES! 🤩Foldable collecting cards made by dino. 

 I just ordered them after I finished the design. They are meant to be collected in a binder just like yugioh or pokemon cards. I rather have 20 of these than one hanging on a wall.  🤩 omg I am so excited. Like all the possibilities for special cards like holographic ones or multiple cards together create one big picture. This gonna be awesome. They will even fit in the standard protecting cases for trading cards. 

I even have different rarities planned. Like the coloured "RHNSR" font on the inside indicates the rarity. 1 green letter means standard and 5 green letters will be the rarest.  below that you have an indicator on how much cards are in this series. so we can keep track on our collection. 🤗💚
