day 475. Today I took a piece I made a while ago, right after seeing 'The Joker'. This scene really made me think and it showed me again that we have to be kind and help each other.  

day 474. UNMASK YOURSELF! Means as much as never try to be someone the others would like you to be or who they expect you to be. Don't let social anxiety or worries about how you look rule your life. If you are happy with who you are, we can be glad to meet you, because if you accept yourself how you are, you are the most beautiful person on earth. 

And I am just talking about things you can't change.. If you unhappy with yourself about things you CAN change, go ahead and change it! 

ultimately it comes down to: Love yourself, so others can love you too. 💚🤗

And for the board itself, I made the font today with a paintroll brush and the mask I got from my vexels account. So it's premade, but I added shadow and effects and some letters in there, t really make it pop. 

So wich board has the best layout and readability? I vibe with almost full black one. The "yellow text on black background" Should be my favourite, but I had trouble to make the mask work on the dark background. I tried yellow but nothing really looked right. 

Overall I wanted to have a very clear message thistime that also leaves room for interpretation. 

day 473. We only have "one life" So better "use it". Made the handstyle today and also practiced the cutout effect with the "USE IT" in the back.

day 472. Today I combined 2 of my pieces. The "minus" I did for eric and my "eins"("one" in german). I planned on doing only one this time, but again I could not decide on what colour scheme to go for. So I kinda failed, but for the good since I like all 3 😅

Overall this one is a banger imo. Enjoy ✌️

So hyped since I had this idea at work.🤩 It fits so well, that I was really inspired to do some awesome boards from it. I like how they turned out. I managed to make 4 very different board concepts. Wich one you go for?

day 469. Awesome "germany" piece by edsonsaur. 😁 I think he did an awesome job and I do very much appreciate the love ad time he put into it. So I made a handstyle and compined all of them. Tough was to find a good place for the handstyle, since the piece takes all of the space. 😅

I am happy with it and I hope he likes it too.

day 467. Sometimes it's best to just do it! 😁 Happy day 467 to me. I had the first "I want to quit this challenge"- thoughts. This is a good thing, because the main reason I do this challenge is self disciplin and consistency. And then these thoughts are a test and they will help you to improve. I passed the test. 😁

day 466. I atill wonder why sometimes quicker designs with less polish look better than some I spent hours on. 🤔 I like these, they have a zebra vibe to them. 

day 465. 🥳🥳HAPPY BIRTHDAY MOM🥳🥳. For today I took her favourite celebrities/animal and made some board designs, that will be on her wall soon. I even looked up some cool quotes that sly and micheal have said. I also included my alphabet in the background.

 day 464. The daily boards are "dope" today😁 the leaf I made a while a go as part of an comission. 

 day 463. I did another community board.🛹✍ Eric suggested "minus" . So I sketched it out on paper. Digitalized and polished it and then made some boards from it. I added a "why so negative?!" handstyle to the final piece. Thought thats a funny Joker reference. 😁

day 461.  I gave the parrot a bigger smile and pulled down his eye a bit. 😆 Now he looks like he has some statements to make.  It's a stockphoto from pexels.

day 460. "WEIRD" 😁. What I like about todays concept is the comic book kind of vibe to it. 

 day 459. I attempted a fill in for my current "eins" project. Not entirely happy with it, but makes for some great boards.🛹🛹 I also did 3 slightly variations of it. The nex days I will compile these ideas to the finished fill in.

day 457. More colour!

day 456. Here they are. After finishing level one of my new project today, I made these boards out of it.

I just finished level 1 of my new project. It's project 10 "EINS" 

Level 1 means after finishing the sketch, I did all the tedious groundwork, like outlines, highlights, shadows and stuff. Took me around three hours. Now I just gave it a simple sketchy fillin but left everything else. So Its the raw version. I can't wait to go from there.

First time I did these drippy outlines. I love them! 🥳

BUT FIRST... having a quick break and then make the daily boards of course using this bad boy. Man I can't wait!

day 455. Simple and clean logo board today. 

New letterpractice. No polish just outlines. Focus is on perfect shapes and proportions. 

I always try to stay at my comfort level, where I can guarantee pleasing and correct proportions. Pair that with passion and fun and your style will evolve naturally and on it's own. 

It might take longer, but thats the way to your very own letters. 

Simple and perfect is always better than style without experience.

The Outlined ones I am happy with.

 day 454. Custom board design for my man Tony. I made the custom tag and today I tried to keep the boards very clean. Just with a small cutout effect and some polish. 

day 453. Custom boards for Billy. 🥳 I did the custom tag  and spent 2 hours on the background that is barely visible at the end. 😅 but I saved it to reuse it in future projects. I tried a kinda 3d camouflage. 

Billy suggested the colours green, yellow, blue. Well I couldnt make all 3 colours work in one board, but overall I am happy with the outcome. And while colour correcting the background element I could not pass by the orange one. It looked too good.😅 Overall I am super happy with them and I hope Billy likes them too. 💚🤗

day 452. today I grapped a piece from 2019 and made some boards from it. 😁 I started to play some "The Division 2" again afte some time and have a ton of fun.  Thats why today is a bit quicker. 💚🤗

After a short break I will be back on it for a bit. pewpewpew

day 451. Just finished another community board. Kevin suggested "new creation" in pink or purple/blue. This is what I came up with. 

I also did some variations for me in black/white with my favourite handstyle and in green with a dino graffiti of mine.

And before started lettering I warmed up with this handstyle alphabet, wich tuned out better than expected. 😅

The eagle is from vexels, but I heavily edited it. 

All in all from start to finish it took around 4,5 hours.

day 450. "I love you to the moon and back" is what tom picked. I came up with a board design for it. I am pretty happy with it, but don't ask how difficult the placement of the font was. I think I redid it like three times, just to end up with the first one I did. 😅

I want to do more community boards from now on, since you guys can come up with ideas I would never think of. Like I didnt plan on making a moon boards soon. 😅

So I get nice ideas and the opportunity to make someone happy. Tom got 300$ worth of board designs for free. Thats a win win I'd say. 🥳

Have not sketched for like 3 weeks, but yesterday finally it happened. 30 minutes of sketching. The outlined letters are the one I am happy with.

If you want to improve your lettering efficiently, do it daily. I definetely noticed, that daily practice, even if its just one letter brings you very far, very fast.

day 449. Awesome collaboration with SHUFL @osamabinbomba . His style is pretty unique and definetely something worth take a look at. I am super happy with the endresult and also very glad for this opportunity. He provided the Rhino graffiti and I did the tag and the board design itself.

I had a pretty bad day, but making this board for today helped me alot. I could contemplate for a couple hours and I grew on it. Yeah the day was shit, but I am pretty proud how I dealt with these strong negative emotions. 😡

And for the board I like the left side alot and the glow effect I made around the silhouette.

 day 446. NEVER GIVE UP... except it's pointless to continue, because if there's no point, then there's no point. 😅

day 445🐒. I recently made a new "tame your monkey mind" font/handstyle and today I made some new boards out of it. 🍌The yellow is probably my favourite. 🙉💚

Everyone has a monkey mind. It means that we cant focus for long on one specific thing before a different thought comes along. "oh I have to do the laundry" "oh, I have to do homework still" "I can't wait for this new awesome movie coming out next week."

So our mind constantly tries to keep itself busy and we can't get rest. It is exhausting when your monkey mind won't shut up for a min, we all know this.

So we have to make friends with the monkey mind. But how to make friends with monkey mind? Just giving banana doesn't work.

It is easy... YOU have to give job to monkey mind. So say: " Hey monkey mind! Watch breath!" And monkey mind says: " Aya.. good idea" .

When you only focus on the here and now, you are living. Being all around with your thoughts, in the future and in the past, makes you miss the here and now.

 day 444. Something quick today. My Recent Dino project in a new light. 🤗💚 

 day 443. I think I never did a white rhino board. So I combined it with my newest alphabet. ✍️🛹 

day 442. Today I tried to combine colours I normally wouldnt. Like normally when I would do a blue background, I would colour the dinograffiti in either blue or an complementary colour. Today I left it mostly green throughout and just coloured the background. It's weird that a few weeks ago I wouldve not liked it, but now I do. 🤔😁

We are constantly changing. 💚🤗

 day 441. Today I used my "be aware of the breath" font I did yesterday. The background is a teaser for a project I am working on for a while. And when I say "working" I mean leaving it untouched until inspiration hit me and I just finish it.😅 It's a combination of alot of my graffiti projects and it makes a wonderful background. 

Also put your focus on the Letters of the third one. With such a confuse background its quite tough to make the letters really pop. I tried my best and I am happy with it. 

Also did a new background/presentation concept, but with that I am not quite happy yet. Needs more work the next days.

Overall today is a good day. 💚🤗🙏

day 440. One-off custom boards. Herdmember chris wanted to have his name on a shirt, so I did that. And since I was super happy how the tag turned out, I also made some one of a kind board designs. The possibilities are endless and as always I had a hard time finding the right colour. So I went with white and green. 💚🤗

day 439. I finally finally finally found the inspiration to finish this collab.🥳 Thanks michelle from @lionart.studio . I had it since 2 months, but everytime I tried something with it, nothing worked. Good that I didnt had any pressure. Today was different. I used the same cutout effect that I used on kryptics boards and I am pretty happy with the layouts.

BUT let me tell you that placing the hyena was one of the most difficult things I have done in the last 430 days. 🥴😁 

day 438. Just finished the whole 4 seasons in like a week. Damn what a good show STRANGER THINGS is. And 'friends don't lie' fits so perfectly to our rhinosaur mindset. 

I am a fan and my favourite character has to be DUSTIN.  And the best scene in the whole show was the lying scene in s4 episode 8. Where they are on the couch and got caught by the police. I rewinded it like 4 times. BEST SCENE EVER. They way they tried to save themselves by lying is just cinema gold.and I laughed so hard.

And yeah the board itself is nothing too special. I took one of my morphs for the "strange" background and then did the font with a paintroll brush in krita. The first board was a happy accident. The font layer randomly placed itself under the morph layer and It made for a pretty cool board, but I like the one with more effects on the letters more.

 Here is my latest style practice alphabet I did. It shall spread inspiration everywhere you step and helps you to remember to pull through whenever it's the hardest. Also The lettering on the sides are pretty wonky, so it also reminds you that nothing is perfect or forever. :D 

day 437. YES! One of those days where it just works! 😁 My lettering was on point today and exactly how I wanted it. And it was almost first try except on these stupid double S's 😅

I am thankful for that and I enjoyed it, because I know there will be other days. 😅

No light without darkness, no hot without cold, no good lettering without stupid ass garbage lettering because your fingers do what they want... this kind of stuff.

day 436. I am proud to present you our first feature. My man @krypticdaartist was up for a collaboration. His insane characters make some very dope board designs. The first one is his version. I have not tempered with at all. The second one is the same layout just with some polish of mine (like shadows and highlights, gradients and some optimized placing.

The third and fourth are made by me by using the assets he provided. 

The toughest part was probably to get the first two concepts out of my head and come up with a new idea. 

I absolutely love how they turned out and I cant wait to do more features in the future.

day 435. I felt very inspired today.😎 I took my orange dino graffiti, that is an earlier version of my recent dino project.   

And what I really love about these boards today, is the fact that I could create 3 very different boards with the same elements. Like some days I just switch out the colours, but its still kinda like the same design, but today we have 3 very unique styles. 

I learned alot and it was even fun. 😬

Oh and also I had an idea.🤔 It's gonna be mental! 🤯 but pshhh. 🤫😁 All I say is, it will make alot of people very happy and if you like my boards already, you DEFINETELY want to be on (skate)board. 😅

 day 433. I found some old concept drawings I did. Sometimes I just scribble some random lines and after that I try to make some drawings from it. Whatever comes to mind. but it was a challenge to place them on the board. I am not entirely happy, but still wanted to show you these concepts and I am curious what you see in them? What knd of story is hiding here? For example the figure with wheels all the way to the left. To me it is one of these starwars desert vehicles where the traders on tatooine are driving with, but its alive... it has eyes. 😅
